Alternator packed up last week, only charging at 11.9V.
Managed to get another one, reconditioned valeo unit, same as the original one for £160 which was quite good i thought.
Very easy to swap out, 20 minute job tops.
Had the tracking done the other day, was very slightly out and was annoying me. Now drives straight as an arrow (hunter laser alignment)
Couple of days spent on the paint work this week.

Treated the Clio to a nice genuine Renault RS cover, bloody soft as anything these things. Should really do something with the car, been sat in the garage for a few years now 😢.
Manged to persuade the wife to change her Audi for a Clio 220 Trophy.
Lovely 50 mile drive back and just about managed 40mpg.
