Shed.
Black ones are the phastest, IIRC.
Once you go black....
I don't want another one. Black, blue, girls blue, yellow. Think that's it... Never again.
Crap shocks.
Suspension too hard.
Crap tyres.
Bald tyres.
Flat tyres.
Unicorn jizz.
Banana skins.
Excess speed.
You lifted off.
Diesel on the road.
You weren't trying hard enough.
You were trying too hard.
One or more of these were probably the cause.
Check your tyres and shocks, and slow down...
Wrong thread.. There are others about cameras etc.. But do you have a case on the phone or is the lens dirty...?
Odd that it presumably looks OK on the phone but no good on the computer...
Right colour bodywork .. right colour wheels.
Needs noisetube installing and then job done.
Used to be one along from my last place - bangtidy little blonde chick drove it. It made all sorts of fun noises...... the car - not the girl*.
TBQFH I'd buy the R36 ILO the R32 just because...
Have you taken the aerial out and had a good look ?
My old Ph1 leaked through there .. pop the interior light out and have a look .. pour water over the base outside and see if you can see any leaks.
If it's that - Silicone and some new decent foam (this is what I did IIRC - it was 5 yrs ago)...
OP .. @beeched .. all I would do if that was my car, is put some nice OEM alloys on it. The 15" non-sport ones, with proper tyres. Aside from that, just spend money if/when mechanicals need freshening up. Maybe wash it once in a while... it'll be much easier to sell on later if it's neat tidy...
OP: How much is it going to cost ? Probably far more than you think...
Thing is, a 'proper' RS can be bought for <£1k. You can probably get a tatty one for £500 if you look hard enough..
Body work and paint will be maybe £500. Then there's wheels and major suspension work to do... which...
Could be a misfire from spark or injector issues, a random bad earth, broken throttle body, dodgy pedal, dodgy fuel, no oil, duffcoilpack, blocked cat, cracked block, dropped valve, blocked air filter......
Take it to a garage if you have no idea what you're doing.
For a first attempt - absolutely fine. As for improving ...
Focus / subject:
Make sure your subject is interesting / actually in shot. Those trees are out of focus - I guess it was windy and probably not focused properly anyway.
Use the onboard 2-second timer, if not 10-second timer. Make...
It'll be fine... Lenses are more important than bodies until you're experienced, IMO..
That is about a 10 year old camera now though so it's up to you. IIRC I was looking at a D40 when I got my Canon 450D in about 2007...
Yeah same as you - annoying really ! I'm tempted to go back to Cyanogen TBH.. will give it a month or so.
The main gripe really is the screen res. Like buying a 4K TV to watch your VCR on it .. utterly pointless !!
