Has it been sat for ages ? Does it start ?
If so, 20p says the clutch plates have rusted together.
Brake pedal to the floor.. Crank the key and it should free within a couple meters.. Be ready to turn ignition off if not !!
Why would you want to repel your windscreen ?
I tend to find it keeps the rain off my face.
But if you're after a glass sealant - Gtec G1 FTW, followed by G5 if you can't do G1

Get a dCi mk2 Clio .. either the 80 or 100 version. Will feel so much faster than your 1.4 as it actually has some torque.
Is that a Beko 14" TV ?
I had one as a kid in my room. Couldn't ever get Channel 5. Doubt it's much more use as an airbox TBH.
Just use an actual airbox as your airbox.

I would guess at injectors or timing issues or wrong spark plugs.
