Insurance is stupid.
Adrian flux want £1700, it was only £1000 2 years ago when I was less experienced, younger, less ncb.
CK/Sky/Greenlight/Livingstone Warman wouldn't quote because of age and/or postcode
Still waiting for brentacre and graham sykes to call back.
Elephant online is...
It was, I started it again the other day.
Forza is technically brilliant, but for the occasional pick up and play gamer like myself it just isn't fun, if anything it's frustrating. PGR (especially 4) was just a really fun game, you could pick it up play a few races, and it was just a really fun...
I know at least 3 peoples who have. Well, they have had wheels powder coated and put the bolts on, torqued up, and they have come loose, surely can't be a coincidence, all when recently done too.
I'm just getting the sachs done mate, I don't need AST suspension for what I use the car for.
Soon, although I've been saying that for ages, just always seem to have something on!
Long time no update.
After the alignment last time I still wasn't totally happy, so took it to another place who sorted it. I also suspected one of the dampers was going soft, but they had a look and said it seemed fine.
So then I took it to Europe.
We went France - Switzerland - Italy...
Would anyone also be able to look up this part number?
8200342860
My front springs have this number on, and I'm confused as to whether they are the right ones or not. A search reveals 2 threads, one saying they are wrong and another saying they are right lol. They are black though.
I need the part number for the nut at the top of the front shocker assembly, the one you undo when the suspension has been removed.
This is for a trophy sachs unit, not sure if they are different or not.
The one on the most left of this lot.
If they are any good, and people who know what they are on about start rating them highly, then they could be a good buy.
If they get a good rep, and the discounts stop, they could in theory go up in value from the current prices.
For the sheer specialness of it, an acid yellow vee.
As a usable, all round car, the trophy if it wasn't such a s**t colour, so a ff RB 182 completely std would probably be my choice.
If you need an RS code you can have mine, no idea if that gets you one quicker :S
Just got the iOS remote app, a brilliant media streaming solution for anyone on a tight budget!
That case is pretty cool!
I'm running raspbmc, quick video! It's really good quality, smooth streaming, skipping forward is pretty quick too. I'm dead chuffed with it :D
This is streaming off an old computer upstairs.
Just installing XBMC and wow, this thing seems funny with SD cards, I had a couple that it didn't like and ended up wiping my debian card to get it going.
Will report back if I ever get it installed.....
I've found that if I just go to the petrol station nearest to where I am when I need petrol, then fill up and pay without even looking at the price that my life is so much simpler than those trying to save a pound or two.
Truth is, no claims makes little difference I have found. If I take my no claims off my quote online it goes up about £300 on the clio to just over £1k.
I'd be looking at getting a 125 bike if I were getting those sort of quotes tbh.
Mental, surely a taxi everywhere would be cheaper? :S
Are you young folk doing the adding parents as named drivers and going limiting mileage (presuming you only do limited mileage) to try and keep costs down? Or just going it alone?
