Use both hands. Get one hand pushing the clips down and the other hand at the front pushing the grille back. To put the new one on just align it and push it forward so the clips can click into place!!

So you've fitted Xenon headlights but are wondering if it's a difficult job to fit a front bumper made for non-sports :p ??? I wouldnt bother with it, save the money for a proper renaultsport bumper ;)
