My 172Cup was called L'il Blue Bullet and the 182 is called 'Titanium Phoenix' as I had to pass the place where I wrote the Cup off to pick this one up...and it was like a Phoenix from the flames...so that and the colour gave her her name. :)

Yeah it is...piece of piss to fit just self tapping screws and stanley knife to cut off excess. Really is easy to fit.

Agreed....loved the cup looking stealth at rear until flooring it...182 is a bit louder...but with right tailpipes looks awesome. All depends on whether you want off the shelf or custom. Custom varies dependant on outlet...dependant on how desperate you are, you could wait for one to become available second hand. Problem is, its personal taste and what is good for one, isnt always good for someone else.

The biggest issue is the spare wheel well (182s dont have them). Some places have done them, but you would need to put pipework around spare wheel well.

Re: ITG panel filter, benefits? Also difference between 172 + 182 air filter housings ^^^As above :) The main one is difference in length between changes! On my 172Cup it seemed to pull a bit better, but that could well be placebo. The 172/182 Airboxes are the same...its the phase 1 172...

Sorry, wasn't making a comment about any specific place...just an observation as mine was done by a custom exhaust place and they used one backbox too. I would also say that it would be lighter and easier to mount and line up than 2 backboxes

It will probably be me and Jord (JuniorBear) but would suggest leaving there about 7:50 to be at Frankley for 8:30
