1k deposit and 240 per month for a loaded 230. Granted it's a grand more over 2yrs, but it's a much nicer car.
But if Max cheapness was the aim, fair enough. Do you have something to have fun in as well?
I don't personally get it. It's the same money per month roughly as an octavia vrs. But from reading, it's got less boot space, is slower, has a less pleasant interior?
Yeah I've got one. The plastic edges chip a bit when you drop it (which I do).
Other than that, I've zero complaints. Battery life is superb, camera is good, cheap noise cancellation using Sony headphones. It's very quick running marshmallow.
We've got several devices at home, across both operating systems. Neither is buggy/laggy/unresponsive in the slightest.
Not understanding how to use either OS doesn't make it 'tat'.
If I had the space for 2 cars, I'd have an auto and a manual. But for 1 car to do everything I want, Manuel works better for me. But I very rarely have to deal with traffic.
Yeah, that's beyond hearsay. Apparently a forum member spoke to him, and he confirmed it. But that was last year, and nothings happened and the entire production run has been spoken for.
I've no doubt the next generation will offer both, the gt4 was a test bed to see how manual would be...
There's never been a pdk option. The Clubsport (track only) has pdk only, which is where the confusion seems to have crept in on forums etc.
I've not read anything on any reputable site about Porsche offering pdk, unless something has changed recently. Which would be odd given that gt4...
You get more interaction from a manual. There's no debate there. Yes dsg is better for chasing lap times. Yes it's better if you're stuck in traffic.
But is dsg more fun when you're driving down a b-road? No. That's why Porsche have done the gt4 and the R. That's why a manual box is the biggest...
The grip level is low enough that it's fun on a daily basis. Ffs it's easier to skid than an mx5.
Razor sharp motor, makes a good sound, rwd, lsd, great driving position, brakes that terrify on every quick drive.
Yes a c63 is stunning when acting the brummy and driving at 20mph trying to...
Genuine question. Given the similarities between the Meg chassis and 197, what's the benefit of turboing a 197 over buying a reliable r26 and all that offers?
E39 is a great drive. Shrinks around you, but it's much more relaxed than an e46/90. Engine is lovely, but again really laid back compared to the e90.
The f80 is strange. It feels like it was developed for a less potent lump, and then the turbo was bolted on at the end.
