Ok so weather is crap so a rebleed will wait. Fitted the fresh number plates
Also the post man bought me 3 meters of faux alacanta fabric for the roof lining
Good stuff
I didn't crimp as fitted custom lines for the front left the nipples open on the brembos to let fluid come threw pre bleed. This is going to be a mare ain't it :-(
Can't see how I would of tbh as didn't let run low but there not right will need to re bleed n see maybe. I've done the brembo mod a few times but never ad this issue
ok I fitted a pair of 197 brembos to my 182 bleed as std osr nsr osf nsf ran a litre of fluid threw but driving today they are spongey after a few brake checks the abs light serv light and traction popped up turned ignition off and on no more lights. I didn't let the res run low what have I...
As I'm looking at refreshing as much of my 182 as I can I found these insteadof track rod ends are they worth it http://www.pure-motorsport.co.uk/clio-2-rs182/clio-2-rs182-suspension/clio-172-182-bump-steer-adjustment-kit.html
Never seen anyone using them on here so intrested
Cracked out the brake cleaner on the wheels to shift the plasti dip. Wolves fc on the radio and away i went 2 hours later its all off thank god will get a clean tomorrow.
Its much better than std mate imo not used in anger yet tho. I didnt get any pads bud ill be using velcro pads anyway one thing i noticed about them is they are very thick plastic if thats good or bad i dunno or care will do the job.
As im needing to clear the unit at work i set about fitting the bms shifter and a evol dog bone mount safe to say it needed the dog bone.
Nice n easy
The shifter is a pain with exhaust in situ but its in n working safe to say im well happy
More to come :-)
Been hit with abit of man flu (death) but got the message my BMS shifter was ready to collect so jumped in the car to Coventry to grab it top job @Ash-b-84 very pleased can't wait to fit it :-)
