Re: dmallett's titanium ph1
Ta mate, reality is it still looks s**t!
Car passed its MOT this morning, slight play in the driver side inner tie rod. So nothing major, probably do a track/tie rod and bushes refresh on the front end at some point anyway so that will be sorted. Only other...
Well the car passed ;)
I'm going to have to pass on food tomorrow as I forgot I had prior arrangements in the form of a meal at 4pm just outside of bury, some rep I am ha
Well after seeing those pictures then i think it could work! Perhaps as they are the leather ones compared to clothe ones? Id just get black backs tbh, but thats just me ha.
£450 supply last i heard, would need bases welding in though for it to sit on. If your set on keep the 200 wheel then Id stick with the trendlines too.
best of luck with the move mate!
Safety devices half cage, leave plastics in, sablet wheel, pole positions and carpet the boot floor would be perfect imo. Oh and a decent set of 4 point harness's.
At the end of the day if you dont like what you do its not the hardest thing to put standard seats back in.
As its to early to mulitqoute you both,

The first time we went we took 3 ph1's that were all reasonably modified. DannyR took his supercharged car after only doing 500miles in it before hand, anyone that thinks taking a 182 is crazy is crazy. We made it there and back two years in a row problem free, touch wood!
I like this from our...
Take it you have to weld bases in the car for the cage to stand on? Be silly not to get a harness bar on there at the same time too!
Good progress anyway, will suit the car!
Should just do the meet on my drive and do all the jobs? ha. Shane happy to do that, but Alex will be there and tbh he is far superior in his knowledge of cars.
For anyone who hasnt heard Alex once came to mine to collect parts and left about 6 hours later after fixing a friends clio lol
My...
Glad to see some progress, met your brother a few months back randomly when I popped to tesco and he mentioned your build and i knew instantly who he meant lol! Small/sad world :)
Alex have i mentioned i love you? Another decent looking bargain :)
Im making a trip to see you one day, just because your worse than me at this clio lark!
Bad times! Cup set up time?
I once lost the bolts that tensioned my cup set up on my flamer there, didn't realise till we were heading home lol! Needless to say I continued to use it, I was lucky though!
