Just so you know.. On consoles the "host" isn't the person tht owns the server and has no control over it ending. To make it private it has to be empty first

Yeah you can rent a server and some admin don't like you if you do well/humiliate them and kick/ban you!

When you unlock the M240B that's when the fun starts on the support class! Just got the gunslinger trophy (10 kills with each of the back to karkand weapons) ... Buggiest trophy ever!once you've got 10 kills with each of them you then have to get 10 kills in one game with the famas!

Also Liam you need to finish the CO-OP stuff for a few more weapons... Up for some now?

You will get used to it... If you've just started playing it you will think it's terrible until you get out of the BC2 way of playing! Happened with me too with the switch over. Metro is a decent map on rush, CQ is just awful though and the base jumping one is the same (Damavand peak) for CQ...

I unlocked everything the hard way :-( literally got my last heli unlock a week before they released the shortcuts! Bar stewards! Plus side is I saved my cash! Really doing some damage with the attack heli ATM! If me and Liam/dredz are in we stay in the air for a full game!

Well if anyone wants help with the air vehicles on the PS3 I'm sure we could whack on a private session one night!

I tend to only use the "brake" to start the hover if I'm honest. I haven't used an f35 for a couple of weeks so I'll give you more detail when I jump back into one! That's the upside to having a server... I can just make it private when it's empty to test these things out!

The f35 will destroy the flankers if used correctly! The hovering really kicks in after about 30 seconds of holding L2 (ps3) and you can use the analogue sticks to cruise around. Height is something that takes a whole to get used to but it is possible to hover at any height! Dunno Gman! Not...

Yeah, the F35 is awesome once you master hovering! You can just cruise about as if you're in a flying tank! Handy for taking out snipers hiding up cranes or buildings!

I have good taste in weapons ;-) moving onto the DAO 12 for a bit! Like rushing round with it and c4 lol.

I do miss the BC2 style mortars :( Had a few awesome games earlier on BF3 a nice 94-17 on metro and a 40-0 on siene crossing attacking on rush! <3 LAV! Really enjoying the medic class too, that m320 is a perfect weapon to get rid of annoying campers!

L85 is an awesome weapon... So accurate and powerful with very little recoil! Been hammering that recently! Hopped back onto BC2 last night and first game went 24-5 with the m24 .. Sniping is so much better on this!

I think Liam and Mr mac are chipping in for our server too... so it's gonna get even cheaper for us per month or 3 months if we wanted to do it that way.

I like 1943 for the fact it's so simple, no vehicle unlocks. No weapon unlocks or any benefit from being a level 1 or highest rank possible. It's a totally level playing field! Had one of those untouchable moments on it last night on guadalcanal, stood in the open on a hill with the sniper...

Gave this a break from every night lol and started playing 1943 again... so much fun!
