great project! ive done a couple of these now, i had a s2 rallye with a 16v engine then a s1 roland garros which i put a 16v gti engine to! these go really well with just an air filter/421/exhaust-decat.

yes, ive had cars that are cat d and cat c. as long as there repaired well it ll be fine. how low is a really low price?

get your wheels balanced to start with as that ll be cheapest, then if that doesnt solve it look into wheel bearings etc, wheels not being balanced can cause quite bad wheel wobble.
