i think its a bumper off job mate, they are bolted on from the other side of the bumper, but i could be wrong.

yh i was chuffed with itglad i went and had a look around for quotes beacuse, renault quoted me £400 but that included a front end respray

cost £60 mate and yh he did do mobile, but i just poped up to his unit

i had a dent kinda in the same place on my cup but on the crease in the middle of the bonnet, i just found a guy in my area who did paintless dent removal and he sorted it, like new

yh the same thing happened to my cousin's integra type R, was trying to sell it and went out to get in the car one morning and seen a key scratch going the whole way around the car.

Hate this time of year, with all the grit and s**t on the roads, gave the cup a quick wash today and the amount of stone chips i have on the bonnet and front bumper is crazy the bonnet has a few bigish chips and little one, also noticed random marks on the bonnet looks like its under the clear...
