Sorry if these are dumb questions......
Is it best to screw the studs into the spacer or get longer studs and screw the stud through the spacer to the wheel hub ?
My concern is when screwed into the spacer it only goes in 10-12mm(?) which is alloy so might be a bit weak compared to the steel...
Thanks for all the suggestions, a chap off here PM'd me that he'd got a new bottle of AF Satin he wanted to sell so I'm going to see how I get on with it.

Which Sonax products did/have you used ?
I was thinking of trying Nano Paint Protect Nano Pro and/or topping off with ProfiLine Polymer Net Shield in the spring after I've DA'd it.
It was probably the soft paint on the last car I did which turned out great with a green hex and 1-2 passes. As you say 1-2 isn't enough on normal med/hard paint, I realise my previous post might be a bit misleading.
I'm no expert but I used the black pad with triple and it worked fine.
Are you looking to have a go at some cutting/polishing once you've practiced with triple ?
A nice easy to use combo is Megs ultimate compound with either white or green hex-logic. White for less cut than green depending...
I've run out of eraser, would a wash of TFR remove polishing oils prior to LSP be OK ?
Is Meg's UC water based ?
I've got the choice of UC or scholl S3/S30
To quote my self, here's the next batch of goodies :p
Picked up today from a little retailer in Derby called Show'n'shine.
5.5" Light Cut / Heavy Polishing Pad - Green
BUFX_103HEX5

£8.95
Dodo Juice - Born To Be Mild - 250ml
DJBM250

£8.95
Chemical Guys - Wooly...
I know what you mean, it seems to be a never ending trickle of cleaning goodies I want to try.
I want to have a try of some Scholl A15 to see what it can do in the shortest time constraints on friends cars.
Not sure which shampoo i'm going for next.
and on it goes ..........
Re: This Nilfisk C110 seems a good deal but is it worth going for a more powerful mod
Is there much difference between the two CYC lances ?
One's about £10 cheaper ?
Re: This Nilfisk C110 seems a good deal but is it worth going for a more powerful mod
Which snowfoam lance and snow foam are you looking to get ?
I'm thinking of getting some Autobright Magifoam which is on a group buy on DW.
Not sure which lance to get yet ?
Re: This Nilfisk C110 seems a good deal but is it worth going for a more powerful mod
All good info for the future/the next person looking to buy, for me it'll do for now at £60.
I'm after a budget pressure washer and Nilfisks get good reviews.
This one linked to below seems a good buy(£60 delivered) but is it going to be powerful enough ?

BTW, it's only for car washing and cleaning the wheelie bins out.
There's some cheaper ones on Amazon like the one below but the first one has a higher flow rate.
Which model do you use and does it get the car properly dry ?

Probably been posted before but what do you think of this ?

Any one used one ?
Or a leaf blower ?
