Well we got back to the car at 3:45 so was really close. I think I'm going to give organising meets a miss for a while. It's too much hassle and too annoying, spending time organising something, having people say yes and then travel all that way for two people to turn up.

Two people turned up, although we missed scareyopa because he got caught in traffic, but we didn't know due to there being no signal. It's alright for you, I've looked 40 for a long time!

Glad you had a good day despite the meet being a blow out. Any sort of phone signal was unusable in that car park. We didn't leave till 4 and had a really good day even without the meet.

I'm setting off in a bit. But like I said in another post, the girlfriend is coming along aswell, so will only be hanging around for a bit before we head off to the the seaside bits.

I'll be there for 12, although as the girlfriends coming, I've promised to not be too long talking to 'car friends'. So I'll probably be able to hang around for an hour ish.

I feel the same and I've only organised three meets. If it wasn't for the small group that go to the P'boro meets, I wouldn't bother organising anything. It's a nightmare trying to find something to do all the time.

It's not the easiest thing to organise meets to please everyone is it? Loads of people were interested in the Hunstanton meet, but then only a few have actually said they are going.
