Bit of an update, I managed to get some time to myself today. So I went out and got some high temperature paint from Halfords Silver and Black. I sprayed the callipers silver and around the disk black, while i had the wheels off i got a chance to clean the back of the alloy also left the wheel...

I want to put lowering springs, preferably h&r, on my mk3 128gt. I'm not sure what the correct springs are I need as everywhere I look they have used coilovers. Any part numbers/url's/experience would be great. Also if anyone has fitted them what are they like? Thanks in advance :)

Yeah the article number he quotes for springs 29139-1 Cant remember where I bought my coilovers from now. Thanks i did see that but just wanted to confirm, i had a look on his thread too. How much did you lower yours by when you had coilovers. did it affect anything like handling?

Where could I find the correct set of springs? I have looked online its confusing as it says the gt from 05-09 use these and gt from 10- present use these. The gt was only made between 09-10 so how does that work? :s
