Try a quick haldex oil and filter service midge, might sort it out. Tricky to do without the proper filter tool though. If it feels like the back end is skipping whilst cornering slowly, then chances are the clutch packs are shafted. Can't even remember how many haldex issues I had, it had...

Subframe? By Big 'bolt' I assume you mean the rear, as the front shocks have 2 bolts not one. 105nm for the lower bolt, top nut is 20nm iirc.

It's most likely the bottle has a crack. Best to source a replacement or take it out, and use some silicone to stop the leak. That's what I did over a year ago.
