Are the thumb grips on the steering wheel damaged/melted? If so I believe this is quite common.

Noisy dephaser, engine mounts need replacing, new tyres needed on all corners, needs a service!

I got insured yesterday on a 172. I called Greenlight, Adrian Flux, Sky Insurance & Admiral, Greenlight was the cheapest in the end. Like others have said the only problem is you need to be at least 21.
