Its just a shame they cant put the r26 engine in the 197 then it would be perfect! I came from this to this and have never looked back i do still love the 197 but the performance just is no match for r26s and with a simple re map its just crazy ! this is IMO

Driving the ring is fine in any condition i found as long as you dont start driving like a hero ! ive seen just as many crash in the dry as in the wet due to driving to fast for there abilitys ! i think i might be out there in september usualy not so busy later on in the year i cant be doing...

Common prob on zetec s that, sucking water in to the engine and then bang! water doesnt combust. when i was a based at fords we used to see a fair amount come in for that very reason something to do with the fact the air intake is in the lower part of the inner wing ! oh well hope it gets sorted...
