Anybody got any experience with the Sony xperia Z5 compact? pro's and con's. A big selling point is the camera and i'd go for the compact over the regular Z5 as i cannot stand big phones. Cheers.

@massivewangers @ClioSpurt @klm182 lately I've been having a loud clicking almost clunk from my steering at low speeds and when "dry" steering and it turns out my steering rack to subframe bolts were loose... not scary loose but enough to create a noise. Maybe worth a check chaps.

ERB in Claybank Rd are very very good, Southern Spray Center in Ackworth Rd are pretty good as well. I agree a decent used may be the way to go.. certainly could be easier.

Who you tried in Portsmouth @Davyy ?? I know a few Bodyshops that are pretty good.

My mate just picked one of theses up for pennies, removed both backboxes to free up the V8 a bit and it made literally no difference to the sound haha, probably due to the 400 catalytic converters.

Saw you in the car park, white(ish) turinis, had a club sticker in the rear window along with a btm sticker.

Yeah I can cover that too.. There's a stalk on the right hand side below the wiper stalk, it controls the stereo volume, click the upper button a few times. Failing that, a swift punch to the throat might pipe her down for a bit. (Not condoning wife beating, merely suggesting)

Ain't hindsight a wonderful thing. Half the "fun" of owning a Renault old chum. There is a fix for the noise where you strip it down and clean the fan in the lamp unit to stop it but there's far more irritating noises to deal with haha.

When you next hear it, press your hand against the interior lamp housing in the headlining, It'll magically stop the sound... SHAZAM!!

I know what you're saying, but the Megane was designed and built with a turbo in mind where as the clio wasn't.. all the R&D was carried out on the Megane to make as "Reliable" as it can be. Im not trying to argue or anything.. just trying to add to the converstion..

But they were designed to have a turbo as standard rather bolted to the engine of a circa 10 year old car....
