Re: dmallett's 421'd monaco They arent an alternative, i loved the feel of my old pads! they ended up in scotland i do believe lol When its dry ill take it round one of the back roads near me and try get some heat into them and see how much abuse they will take.

I feel I need to drive/ go in a car with an RS2 on it, which is on standard cams to see how it differs the two clios ive owned on aftermarket cams!

DannyR did the conversion the same day as me, ask him what frame he used as im fairly sure he didnt change it.

Re: dmallett's 421'd monaco Not worth that money! I had some mintex pads on the ph1 when i first had it which were pretty good. But the ds2500s still win in my eyes. Though ill just use what evers at a good price when i want to stop quicker ha.

Fair play on the results, I am a fan of rs2 manifolds. Anyone used the rs2 and 438s/421 cams?

I swapped the cage to one from a cup as I had it, from looking at them there wasn't any obvious differences (I didn't look hard tbh) I.drilled a hole through where the heater switch was for the cig lighter lol, so I can't help. Just glue it, piece of piss ;) Hope my answers help

Presuming these are delta mic steel spacers? as they certainly look like them.
