thats the gl5 and gl4/gl4+ spec (read: minefield) though isnt it? I've read the TRX stuff is close to the elf stuff in spec. Its got some Total mineral in it at the moment which is probably not far off whatever elf do

nice as the ST is, it didnt feel great as standard. A mate of mine went through standard all the way to the MR200 package and it felt very quick indeed with that on it plus a diff but it cost a fortune for all that work

Not getting through the flywheel bolts is it? If no sealant/loctite has been used on them. Had that issue once on an old metro
