I keep forgetting to update this, anyway... I finished tidying the rear of the car up, gave it two coats of black gloss, harnesses back in, Cover for swirl pot and pumps installed and a boot net.
Also changed my momo wheel for a smaller...
Just for when I'm sitting in queues, or come to a stand still after track... Just so if the fan doesn't kick in I can flick a switch and make it come on
As above I'm wanting to wire in a manual override switch for the fan.I've done a quick search but nothing has really come up,
So what's the best way to do this?? Straight to the fan or before the relay and fuse? Has anyone got a guide?
Also does it make a difference that I'm running a stand...
Awesome, i had to cut a section out for mine when i fitted my rear sport bumper, just use abit fo tape to mark it out, then it cuts quite easy :) i had to do the two socket trick in my mount to make it stay up high haha

sorry i didnt see this sooner, i prepped the badges then gave them a few layers of primer, then flatted, then sprayed the whole badge yellow, allowed it to dry, then masked the whole surface, and...
I dont know how i havnt seen this thread, the rotas are awesome, the car sits really well on them mate, stance is killer too! will be nice to see it complete with throttle bodies on :)

Right then due to work and the rubbish weather last month i didnt really have much time to do anything on the car, but now that has all changed. Few weeks ago i started ordering bits and bobs to get the car ready for this year :)

right, this could be a problem, as i did the conversion myself in my own time away from work, but i am a fully qualified mechanic.
Adam, they allowed him to insure the engine coversion without it being logged on DVLA?

Right guys, not sure if this is in the right section, but i need to get this sorted for new year. As some may know i now have an F4RT lump in the car.
I want to be legal of course, how do i go about telling the DVLA? and do i need an engineer report on the car?

Andy :) long time no speak, hope all is good, done a few bits and bobs to the car lately, will update when i have time :D
I need to replace two parts on the rear calipers as one side decided to give up on me on the way home. Cant really describe the parts so heres a photo.
Its the small metal piece which is at the bottom of both pads, and the small like split pin which goes through it. Any help?
