I managed to buy a MS Wireless Wheel and pedal set today for only £25, seemed like a bargain price for a mint condition accessory. Just tried it with Forza and it is a little tricky to use but I'm sure I'll get used to it. I already own a G25 wheel but that's not usable with the Xbox.
I had a long term test of both the Sony G and Sigma before deciding to buy the Sigma. For motorsport use I much prefer the Sigma. The Sony is very good but the Sigma outperformed it during my tests.
I think I may have offered you the same advice on AVF over the past week or two.
I've used both the Sigma 100-300 and Sony 70-300 G and much preferred the Sigma.
I only ever use the 50mm when in low light situations where I could benefit from the wider aperture it offers over the16-50mm. I prefer the 85mm though as it gives a much more pleasing look to portrait photos.
Good choice. I briefly considered going FF but decided the A77 with 16-50, 50mm, 85mm and 100-300 f4 was the correct choice for me and gives me plenty of options for landscapes, portraits and motorsports.
Don't think you can go wrong with a D7100, lovely camera.
I bought a 42" 1080P LG LED Smart TV from Currys for £425 this week, fantastic picture quality and a definite improvement over my 4 year old Panasonic plasma.
I wouldn't normally shop at Currys but the offer was good and in stock.
Some lovely photos, what equipment are you using in the studio? I'm currently doing a studio photography course at college so interested to learn what equipment others are using.
Thanks for the advice Mitch, every bit of info helps. My main problem is I'm inexperienced when it comes to flash photography but I've been working on that recently so hopefully all will be OK on the day.
Annoyingly at the real GP this weekend Lewis went marginally off track, to gain better speed on exit, before sweeping into the last corner to begin his pole lap. If I was to try that in the game it'd tell me my lap and next lap are invalid.
I purchased a immaculate condition used Sigma 100-300 f4 this week for my Sony A77, had a loan of one earlier this year for a few months and fell in love with it. For motorsport photography it has been my favourite lens by far.
