some people on here need to grow up. no need for personal insults about the guy - you dont even know him.
you may think its OTT but no need for personal slagging. He does have a wife as he mentions her in the Dyson thread.
he also gets pais prob an awful lot mroe than any of us to detail...
the panels are plastic coloured the entire way through with laquer on top!
So some marks may be on the plastic itself - however normal polish will work for the top laquer level!
Only thing to be careful of is the fact you cannot use a PTG as they are plastic panels - so you do not know how...
Menzerna 3.02 prob to take scratches out :(
but on the plus side do whole car with that then finish with Menz 85RD and you will have a fantastic swirl free shine!
2118s are only available in 15" - anthracite ones def only available in 15s!
look fantastic mate - bro is kickin himself for not buying them for his 1200!
i spend a clean fortune on detailing stuff :(
but i do my cars, family cars and frequently others pay me to do their cars. so in a way it pays for itself. at the same time i think the benefit of using premium products for durability alone is worth the cost
what about anthracite 172 wheels? IMO the shape of the 172 wheels suit the car down to the ground - slam it on coilovers on standard wheels
if you want difference paint them but NOT black!
i am a full time student - hold a full time job in a local restaurant and detail cars in my full time.
i dont drink, smoke etc, and enjoy cleaning cars. so why not?
IMO a 'show' car should be TOTALLY swirl free - otherwise the paint is letting the entire car down.
i do go out, socialise...
looks really well - starting to really really miss mine :(
always hated the way LY looks so normal and boring when not in sunlight - its a very hard colour to picture! you did a good job thought considering conditions!

i just didnt see the reason to jump down Haz's throat with your sarcastic toned reply.
next time i advertise a car ill remember to include a picture thats "not meant to be clear"
im sure it will help my sale greatly
lets get a detailing meet sorted - did i mention i do full machine correction on paintwork :D
just finished a Civic Type R in Milano Red - looks fantastic! and 100% swirl free ;)
brand spanking new cars need detailed normally to be 110% swirl free.
ill be doing the same with my 197 when it arrives!
car looks really well - although not keen on spoiler! white is fantastic in them!
0 NCB, two years driving experience under mums name. 1200. with quinn direct. trick is to tell them you have already bought the car - then they will quote. if they dont ring back and ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them you have already bought the car. they will then quote
