Hi noticed the throttle response isn't very good on my tce mk3 Clio I've had k&n airfilters on my cars but on a turbo a k&n wouldnt make any difference on a tce so thought a ktr panel filter would help throttle response also there will be a powerflow catback being on soon. ? Any help or advice ?

Clio 3 ,What's the best coil over kit as between the wheel and arch is a 4" gap want a comfortable coil over kit bearing in mind there's 16" alloys on the car.
