400 miles in one day through the alps is like 9 hours... It will get stressful. I done it this year, all be it I was a lone driver in my car but even the passenger got tired and stressed because of the navigating.

Should be fine. My friend 'Jezzamac' has Sparco seats with OMP runners and frames. Do you know what brand runners they are? Best thing to do is to phone somebody like Demon and just ask. That's what he did and everything works perfectly.

Just get Clio specific ones. The problem you will find is that the brackets are sitting too high, too low and just in the wrong place. If you get specific ones you know it won't fail when you have a crash. OMP ones will do the trick...

With a Cat on I think it's very sensible until 3.5-4k. After that all hell breaks loose. If there's no cat theres a volcanic explosion everytime you start the engine.... Awesome exhaust.

Sent him a question how the exhaust gets around the wheel well of a 172.
