I am going to buy and fit the cook sport lowering springs to my 172 if I find one the rear shockers is knackered as I can see its weeping i will buy o/e part but I notice the 172 cup shocker has a different part number what is the difference and would you suggest buying the cup ones thanks

Hi mate going to take the acoustic valve off so I just unbolt it from the end of the large induction pipe found under the wheel liner then I have to plug a smaller hose up , is that correct thanks

Going to spray the rear bumper moulding and frt fog surrounds can you simply lever them out i guess the lower bumper grill needs the bumper removing thanks
