i really badly need some speech/barter skills, im stuck on a few quests now because i cant convince people to do things

i think im gonna need the guide for this, ive been asking a few questions on here and been googling away already

right ive killed the overseer, but which computer do i use to unlock the armoury ? is it in the room where he is, is it on that round platform he is stood on ?

right im in Vault 34, i get to a door which says the armoury, i go through that, it loads to some stairs, i go down the stairs and get nailed by about 6+ vault dwellers of different types, ive tried running around to avoid them and i can make it to a door but its locked and requires a key...

i currently cant get past all the vault dwellers, my armour is poor and im never sure which weapon to use

once you collect stuff are you going somewhere to sell it on and earn caps for it ?

i came across Ringo by accident, he started shootin me so had to kill him, said id failed a quest because of it really struggling with poor weapons, armour, and cant seem to find any stimpaks, i used loads at the start

i cleared the area of blind deathclaws only to realise i wasnt supposed to be going that way anyway, and used up 90% of my ammo doing it, im now in a Vault, 34 i think ??? but as ive no ammo left im really struggling against the geckos, think ill have to go back to an earlier save point or try...

i didnt pick any traits either

as above dont know about the canister, but engine wiring looms and throttle bodies are very common, also the throttle pedal assembly
