Yeah, I'm just not a fan of them - no climate control, auto lights/wipers, Cruise, Xenons and a 1.2 interior for not that much of a saving over one with all the toys. All IMO, of course.
Drive one with the cup suspension and one without, see what you prefer.
Full fat means a 182 with both cup packs, so it will already have the "full spec". A 182 without them is just a 182, not an FF.
My personal preference would be an uncupped 182 as I'd be wanting coilovers for it and there are more options if it's not cup packed. If you're going to leave it...
Try painting it, you can't see sh*t when lacquering it unless you're lying on the floor looking upwards. Pain in the ass.
Same will apply to detailing it, get down low and look upwards at the panels.
Bought.
If it puts the engine management light on you're not going to sort it unless you take the bulb out/ take the lambda sensor out of the exhaust , tie it up under the car and plug the hole up.

It's a 197 steering wheel.
Edit: OH FFS, well and truly pumped to the finish line, too slow.
Caraudiosecurity used to do them, but I just had a quick look and looks like they only stock the uglier chrome versions now, may well have been discontinued.
There is no such thing as "Euro" style tail lights.
Only acceptable lights other than standard are PH2 rears tinted completely red, or the FK automotive LED ones with the red band at the top and bottom. Even then both styles only suit certain cars.
He is correct though, regardless of what you think of him.
If you're trying to squeeze 40 never mind 50mpg out of a 2.0 hot hatch you're in the wrong car, simple.
