Take the chance tis my advice. I have an '02 dynamique (1.8) fuel consumption is worse than my 182! but the kit thrown in is cannot be faulted. Don't trade in an then shell out extra for something you won't be happy with. better to compromise in the short term. My scenic is a family bus!
Seriously though I can only assume that if it has cup packs then it is most likely to be a UK dealer supplied car. When I was hunting them one out my dealer told me, of the ones that were left most were being ordered with the additional kit. Can't see a broker being clued up about additional...
still waiting eh? It's probably down to people like me who walk into the showroom and ask for the one they have there already!probably lined up forsomeone they know will be ok to wait just a little bit longer!
The rattles will come! remember it's French! As I have both the 106 and 182 I can safely they are so different! Still have to wait til the 182 loosens up to see if it revs as freely! I've still only got 900 on the clock and am waiting ever so patiently.
stonking mpg, started to get the improvement from 36mpg when I switched to optimax, helps pay for itself! Hope I see similar improvements in the 182! The Gti's up for sale if you kow of anybody who can't quite manage the cost of the clio!
After 600 miles only, I am averaging already 33, mixture of M25 and cross country on my 182. Runs on optimax. That's already 3mpg than my 1.8 scenic with a/c!
Still, a bit of a come down from the 40mpg I get from my 106GTI on the same journey!
Hell fire, when I left Loghborough in '89 I was lucky to have evn had a car held together by string! Last time I went you all had mobile phones and everything. Do security still go round slapping no parking noitices if you haven't got a permit!!
Sounds like it's a sign of age looking for a few more creature comforts.Ok I'll admit it climate control etc, etc, etc swung it for me. Oh yes and the fact that I paid less brand new for the 182 than I did the Peugeot all those years ago! can't be bad.
106 is still a screamer though!
I know where you're coming from! I am doing the same thing in reverse. In my case I am lucky enough to have actually picked up the 182 while still preparing to sell the 106. Not sure I am going to be busting a gut to sell it! It really was the best of the peugeots notwithstanding everybody's...
