Yeah I think that sums up my opinion. What he paid for it has no relation to the market value. However advice on a forum can only go so far... you need to see the car in the flesh and its a personal decision. If subway doesnt want to sell the car for 10k then this thread is pointless.

ph quicks have a longer cat... so the exhaust is shorter. so you need a telepscopic style of exhaust to fit the ph1 and ph2 172s. Magnex being made in that style to fit either.

Its his car surely he can do what he wants. Looks mint and is rare opportunity, Id say it is 1k over priced. No doubt he has quite a bit of cash and has a few other motors that he treats equally as well. At 11k Id buy it if I was in the market for a trophy.
