yeah the Alona is probably the best one around there, ive tried them all, the hilton, Dakota, holiday inn, redstones. Haggle hard on the price.. we pay closer to £70 than the 100 and odd asking price for B&B.

the value will go off condition, so any pics you have will help your case. What you have spent on it maintenance wise will little bearing. But the MOT and FSH will help. Also any options it may have add value. Print off adverts that are favourable. Did you buy the car retail or private? again...

the level of the damage will vary on when it was classfied as a CatC. Cat is related to cost of damage as well as level. i.e a new DCi with CatC damage might have 6ks worth, an older one, may only have 1.5k as it related to the cars value. Id say 1.2-1.5k is it money.

is it the pros and cons of general ownership. Simply id have one above a Mk2! Ive had all three and the ph quick is my favourite.

Think your right they have quite difference characteristics. Having had a Mk1 172, a Mk2 and 182 I do prefer the rawness of the ph quick, but the 182 is much more stable. I also think the 15s make the ph quick feel better. You still have the best colour 182 and it does take time to get...

nah wasnt free... theres a most 112 on the road.. lol as mine has never turned up (after being stolen). My favourite 182 colour, second to none. Most are cups, the FF are quite rare. I have some good pics, but cant access photobucket from home.
