10mm is big to use with just longer wheel bolts imo. I was told 5mm is max really, as you need to have enough room on the hub left.

yes the inlet plenum is different. Lower is the same iirc

Standard porting on the head is very good. They arent 172bhp, they are 169bhp. But very rarely make that. In terms of gains it wont be alot for matched inlets. You will need to spend £000's to get power.
