ive noticed a yellow wax substance underneath an on some parts of my sills im guessing its only transport wax an safe to remove but what can i use to clean it off ?

they just looked a bit meh afterwards im amazed im using the right sort of stuff on them i guess ag vinyl an rubber care couldnt help condition them ?

Normally I give them a rinse an a scrub with ag engine an machine but they don't look very clean is their a better way to clean them ? I'd normally have a lurk on dw but now you can't view without joining :(
