That's a write off 100%. Wouldn't hold my breath getting a 2.0 sport anything as a courtesy car, like for like simply means small hatchback for small hatchback, e.g you gettin a 1.2 corsa as a courtesy car. Unlucky mate, but you can buy another one I suppose!

No mate, he means the whole front bumper needs taking off, then there are 2 more bolts at the bottom of the headlight holding it on. If there's a grip on one headlight but not on the other it's been broken off, should have 2.

Nope, doesn't mean an automatic write off at all mate. It will only be written off if the cost of repairs is above the threshold they set (this will depend on the value of the car), or if they deem the car to be unsafe to be put back on the road, which is unlikely from a small crease in the boot...

People can be a bit harsh on here mate, but you get used to it, it's mostly banter anyway. Underneath it all we are genuinely trying to help, think you made the right choice walking away, it's worth waiting and finding "the right one" for your cash.

Don't confuse us Dynamique owners with that bottom of the range pish! ;) Rear lights ruin it IMO.
