Yeah tried it. Usernames passwords all the standard rigmaroll. Even tried the defaults i used to use on cisco routers in the hope the previous idiot used one of them.

Right guys what settings am I going to loose if i reset the router to default? Will I still have internet connectivity when the router boots up again? The GF's little sisters ex-bf has altered all the internet settings changed all passwords etc so i cant log on as admin onto the router or...

Cheers mate, going to have a go at getting the whole car sorted soon as I only did bits and bobs that were annoying me, not wet sanding it all though lol. Will be doing my friends mk3 golf show car next week :)
