Id highly advise you do it in day light mate, you would be stunned what your eyesight might/or might not see in the dark.
Even the best of torches dont compare to day light.

THe Cupra R splitter will need to be adapted slightly, its about 3 inches too wide on either side. Got mine from Volkswagen for £19.82 iirc

Im starting to think your budget could secure you a more honest example, and i say that with sincere concern mate, surley if you upped your budget to £3000 you would get a lower mileage example?
Who knows though it could be absolutley spot on mechanically??
Im always very wary of lowered examples especially when the standard set up is pretty good to start with.
Still though, i suppose it could all be put right cheap -ish?

As said as long as maintenance has been religious on the Clio itll be fine. My Phase 1 is on 54k at the moment and hasnt put a foot wrong in the 12,000 miles its covered.
