Tescos do a 19" LCD TV with a DVD Player built in for £199
Save your money get a decent handset and buy the TV outright if you need it. The handsets they offer can be bought for not a lot of money
They are still not that easy to get hold of so I think the prices are pretty solid across the board. Unless you get a bundle but even then they seem not to be knocking much off

It could be there is a problem on your internal wiring. They will test up to the input into your home I believe
As far as I know without having an engineer on site they cant test internal wiring. Just keep pushing for an engineers visit.
It isnt just the Multiplier though, fiddling with that. Also need to fiddle with memory timings etc and decent memory is important IMO for a stable overclock
Yep through the Bios
I use a Gigabyte DS4 motherboard
What board you planning on using Gareth? Some are better overclockers than others. You wont have any problems seeing 3.2 on the E6600 though
I run mine at 3.2ghz as well
I did step it up to 3.5 on Air, but when rinsing games kept getting blue screens. Fiddled for ages and settled on 3.2 and has been steady since.

Netgear comes with a CD to set it up. Steps you through internet connection, Wireless Security etc. Then uploads it to the Router. Jobs a good un.
