Easiest method for me was;
- find the out the length of the nipple for ref,
- steadily drill the nipple until you reach the tapping drill size for an M7,
- with a metal pick, pick away at the start of the thread to create a lead using the old thread,
- run the m7 Tap down the newly drilled hole...
