Went to ASDA in bexleyheath (south east london) and it was literally the length of the shop.
Thought sod this, did a 15 minute excursion to a big tesco in (technically) kent and picked it up in 10 minutes flat. Sorted.
I think silver will look better. Well, for someone of my tastes anyway.
I'd rather drive past the average joe and them think, "that car looks awesome" as opposed to with black wheels it's a bit more "god damn street racers".
As an all rounder I really can't choose between a ph1 and trophy.
Trophy has the better stock suspension, dash, seats
But the ph1 has the cable throttle, lower cost, better looks (as in less like any old MK2 (IMO)) and is more drivable out of the box with the 15's.
Mark, don't do it.
You'll honestly struggle to find one that's been as well looked after and in as good nick as yours.
Unless you buy from clarkey/scott/harpham, or find nickson's old car, a lot have been neglected.
Don't get me wrong, they're not exactly expensive to replace things on...
Sorry, I assumed it was scotland. You're still a tit ;)
Check through your list of printers when you click "print" you may even already have a PDF printer. I believe google chrome has one built in, so you could open the pdf in chrome, then print a single page from there.
A little off topic, but only yesterday did I notice that my dell XPS laptop is supposed to have a backlit keyboard and it's NEVER worked. Really has pissed me off.
Is it both seats you're struggling with? iirc there's quite a few more wires under the seats than just that. It's not too hard to find diagrams (they've been posted on here) that should allow you to connect everything up with bullet/spade connectors or even connector blocks and hope the problem...
Few months, fine. They're not awful TBH, but there is a lot of difference in the damping quality compared with say Koni's.
It depends if you don't mind crashy.
If you were going to do the belts, service history doesn't matter anyway really, within reason. As long as it'd make it home, b'reet.
If I hadn't just booked a last minute holiday I may actually have bought that, just what I'm looking for TBH, set of coilovers, bit of a tidyup, some buckets...
