Glad you had a good time. Got to agree with you about low revs. You really dont have to keep the revs high to hake serious speed through corners in the Williams. It just pulls so well low down. Sounds like the roads are ideal. If i wasnt 500 to 700 miles away from Ireland Id give it a go.

Are MK2s limited edition (numbered?)?
Can someone who has / driven a MK1 tell me what they are like to drive fast?
How does MK1 compare to MK2 (to drive)?
Is the interior the same?
What are the running costs like?
What can be done to a MK1 to improve the handling?
Any other useful...
Got to agree. The 182s ive driven (two) werent any / much faster in a straight line than my Williams. 7.1 to 60 seems about right.
So one question, where is the extra 30 BHP.
A 180 BHP Williams would be VERY quick.
How easy is this?
What tools do you need?
What other things do you need? eg sealant?
Would anyone local to Cambs / Norfolk fancy doing it for me for a small sum of cash?
Why a low temp one? What advatages does it hold? Surely it just detects at a lower temp and allows coolant into rad at lower temp? Will that allow engine to run cooler? Doesnt make sense to me. Surely once oil is up to temp its irrelevant if thermostat is low temp or not?
How much for a new one and how long (ie how much) for a garage to fit it? Anything that should be considered when changing it. Im getting coolant flush at same time. Where is the best place to get one? Renault genuine ones ok?
Ive never had the back out in the dry. And ive never had the front do anything but be glued to the road. Like Evo mag said, there is no inertia apparently with the Willy. The front is just glued to the road. There is no doubt that the back will go first in the wet on tighter slower corners, such...
I already know about the Pirellis. I wrote a letter ages ago. Got a reply from a high up bod explaining it to me (Sir Franks son). Didnt bother posting on here as too many ppl f**ked my off about the tyres. You may find the info on another site if you do a google search.
And BenR, maybe your...
