There was nothing specific - but the "guilt" of the cost of fuel, and then the cambelt was due imminently too. The 182 had everything done - same mileage, better consumption fuel wise.
Can't fault the 197 at all - if I had the money, it would have stayed, but everything happens for a reason loL!!

So anyway, the end of last month, I decided i'd lost it with the 197, and wanted rid. So I put adverts up on Fiesta STOC, Cliosport and 197.net too. Wanted a nice 182 or Fiesta ST.

Correct, and round here there is only 1-2p per litre difference. That's only 50p-£1 difference per tank, but there are some people in the world who are just obsessed with saving every penny how ever long/whatever it takes to do so - "nothing in the boot, extra weight wastes...
A whole month ago, I swapped my 197 for a 182 with a lad in Plymouth (plus cash my way), and I was quite worried I would regret it big time.
I had to make sure that the 197 was going to a good home of course ;)
Anyways, I have now had the 182 for a month, covered 2k miles (about 700+ this...
Because of the cost of fuel, I wasn't able to do this in the 197 recently, but since I sold that and got a 182, I have been able to, and yes, you are right!!! It's bloody brilliant!!!!
