I can't see how a small top mount could fit in a big cup without moving? Thats not fitting it properly imo, seen the same setups I tried on the 200 fitted to a 197 and that was ok because it had the older big top mounts that fitted snuggly in the spring.

When I had my 200 I had issues with lowering springs/coilovers to my 200 as it had new style top mounts which are smaller than the old style 197 mounts which the springs/coilovers were designed for.
Some people just took the risk and fitted them in the hope the wouldn't move, but personally I...
60mm springs on standard shocks were really harsh, I hated them. Upgraded to vmax coilovers eventually and they were loads better!
The rokkor coilovers on ebay seem to be ok for the money.

Fuel consumption will be no different really, we average 40 mpg in the cup daily driving and the tce's that we have as loan cars only do that too!
Tax and insurance may be slightly less but can't imagine it's massive unless your young? And those tyres are hideously expensive (195/50/16?)
