Front wings are a b**ch to change, just time consuming £550 seems a lot for the whole kit but I suppose if it's in the right colour it saves you £300 odd in spraying costs. I would say the arch liners are essential, looks crap without them imo and s**t goes everywhere in the engine bay

The customer would be liable but the garage should have informed as soon as they knew rather than when it was collected. I wouldn't expect to pay any more labour as it has already been stripped once. We only ever recommend replacement in pairs on heavy cars (Laguna/Espace etc)

Don't think its the service that is the problem it's more the fact that the plugs/cambelt/brakes etc cost a lot more so they just exclude it from the whole range. The sports use the same oil as the 1.2 etc anyway!

Renault should replace the catch FOC, regardless of how many times it is needed. If the original claim has been done, then the dealer has to get payment from RCSD for the work. Should be nowhere near £150 anyway!
