We have had a few decent meets this year, but I feel we can be bigger and better next year. So what ideas have we got in mind? I think the usual karting meets etc never work because people cannot afford/commit to these events. Normal meets seem to be the way forward. Anyone got any ideas that...

Re: Flame Red DCI 80 Sport Rep cool cheers for that! discs that came off the 172 were nearly new so should be ok for a while! The rear shoes are still original so after 108000 miles I'm guessing they are getting worn anyway, so killing 2 birds with 1 stone!

mk3 is much bigger than a mk2 inside so I can't see it fitting. Cheap enough to chop up and just use the rear part for a 197/200

Only interested in Impreza P1 or WR1 really but need to save some pennies first! Not been 100% happy since I bought it, just missed having a car, so was just an impulse buy really lol. Not in a rush to sell but thought I'd advertise it and go from there Erm.....

correct we normally use \5/ if available CB1N is for all ph2 172's not just the cups

Re: Flame Red DCI 80 Sport Rep Well I used to get it done at our bodyshop but that closed about 6 months ago, so will probably be using the Renault approved bodyshop in Cambridge, P&R coachworks. My mate with the beemer recently had his skirts done there and the finish was s**t hot!!

Re: Flame Red DCI 80 Sport Rep So I put the 172 wheels on at the weekend and the first difference was the ofset of the wheel, the wheel sits really far in the arch compared to the TD's. Got the 15mm spacers but I'm still not sure this is going to be enough now! Will get some pics up soon and...

I used to find that 60mph was dead quiet but anything around 3500rpm was deafening!

Loved my decatted yozza but it was loud, almost unbearable with the rear stripped out
