Dunno what it is with clios, but the front fogs crack so easily. I swear i've seen so many clios with at least one cracked. Happened to mine on my 1.2 billabong when i had it.

Yeah seems a bit expensive. I got a black 182 cup which is a 04 reg and has 32,000 miles for £7995. They even gave me a years tax and 2 valet cleans to make sure it was perfect when i got it!

Ask for a new key? I had a problem similar to this where my folding front seats has the leavers playing up where wire cable kept snapping inside the seat. Took it back to be fixed many times on the warranty only for them to break again a few weeks later!!

Yeah I know how you feel, happened to me a couple of years ago. Hopefully one day, we wont have this problem anymore as the new clios (as well as other cars) have keycards and we will have biometric readers to open our home front door. So people won't carry these on them to enable them to do this.

By the looks of it the only metal work that is damaged, is the door. The rest is a windscreen and one hell of a load of plastic shell. I'm surprised by how much plastic is on the front. What happened to making cars out of metal?
