Right i have just been getting some random qoutes on direct line who are my current insurer.
I pay £475 on my 1.216v 2003
for a 182 cup 2004 all they want is £1181
I cant believe the difference is so small.
Do I now pay a visit to renault tomorrow?

It isnt a spoof, 100% genuine. The Institute have teamed up with Max Power on this one to try and reduce accidents and deaths in young drivers. My Grandad is involved in promoting this as he is the Chairman for our local group.
I have done this. It is the IAM test if I am correct. The main reason I did it ws to get some cheaper insurance so when i cam to renewal time this is what happened.
Current insurer at the time direct line was paying £888 w/1 year no claims.
My qoutes w/2 years no claims were:

i went to a local garage who use genuine parts, they even showed me the invoice from my local renault dealer. £80 for 18000 service. Worth asking garages near u if they use them anyway.

Just a quickie guys, will this unit fit straight into a 2003 clio, i understand the steering controls wont work but apart from that do i need any...
my 18k service was done at a local garage using genuine parts and to renualts spec. So therefor keep my warrenty.
Price £80:79 took half a day and service was great.
