Its perfectly normal just moisture in the air condensing in your exhaust system as your car cools down. It will be lying in the back boxes then gradually evapouring as your exhaust system warms through then occasionally pouring out as you accelerate. Give it a good run with some spirited driving...

The cage came out as it was the only bit of silver and i felt it looked a bit odd plus the insurance this year was much cheaper without it It would be on 15's but i need 16's to fit over the brakes I might wind it down a touch more ;)

Future plans are zero other than maintain it then 2.0 it when the time is right... at present theres nothing left that needs doing to it IMO The skirts were on it when i bought it, a few people have asked about them but no one can seem to find a supplier now... your best bet is R19 16v skirts...

FCS is the 28th May The tyres are 205/40 R16

As i say i'm not 100% what height i've got it at but the sill is level so it looks right Its only got the front seats in but valvers don't really scrub even if low on 17's

Cheers people, the locations make the pics really Its lowered approx 50mm it'll go lower with no probs, no arch work as the 16v arches are spacious The skirts are 'Le Mans' and very hard to get a hold of, they need cropping to fit the clios

Link to the wheels? As said offset and tyre width are important if they're more than 7" as they could catch on the suspension

Both look good but i think white gets my vote I think red calipers would suit the white wheels better than the current yellow ones

I'd buy a wheel and tyre package that way you'll be able to get a tyre upgrade relatively cheaply Get them delivered to your house and fit them yourself, if you take just a set of alloys to quickfit or similar they won't swop your tyres over onto new rims and fit them because you haven't...

Nice... very As everyone says ditch the 17's get some valver or willy 15's put 205 width tyres on them and some decent discs and pads or 4 pot calipers

They're totally fine 182's come with 205/45 tyres as standard whereas the 172 came with 195/45 both on the same rim diameter and width

The vast majority of the 10bhp gain between the 172 and 182 comes from the exhaust manifold being 4-2-1 on the 182 and only 4-1 on the 172

I've never been a fan of even numbered spokes or multi fitment wheels As said some subtle renault alloys would look better

^ I agree, the brake light is about £35 by itself so £100-130 sounds about right 2nd hand
