lol just seen this...
The brakes are 300mm with 4 pot Hi-spec calipers with the addition of braided hoses
The package is available from Ktec and probably various other companies such as BB, yozzasport etc in various forms i.e just calipers

I'd say 5mm will be enough thats what people with valvers who fit 172 wheels use
Spacers shorten the life of wheel bearings so i wouldn't go any higher than that
I would have thought 5mm spacers would be enough
What suspension are using on as you don't want to bounce and slice your tyres due to the 8 inch width
I'd expect the internal clearance over the caliper to be ok presuming your running standard sized 259mm discs and calipers?
Sounds like complete madness to me, 15,000 miles isn't exactly high mileage for a 2 year old car considering the average is supposed to 12,000 a year now
£2500 change over is a huge percentage of the value of the car that will be no more than £10k max!
You've suffered all the loss through...
The 182 Cup Pack offset is ET45
Using the eibach springs i doubt you'll get rubbing using ET 37 as they don't lower the car much unlike apex springs or coilovers
You can't, you'll need to mod the standard ones by knocking out the inner orange lense with a screw driver then cutting it into small enough bits that they drop out off the hole where the bulb head feeds through then buy a pair of straight pin silver visions to finish the job off
Looks great i prefer them to the twin bladed 5 spokes
Shibber - they sell the replica wheel at Prima if you're interested:

If i were you i'd:
- Fit phase 2 grill (sprayed white)
- Spray the underbrows on the headlights white
- Respray all the plastic bump strips matt black
- Get some 15's either turbines or willy wheels in black
- Phase 2 carbon effect boot strip
- Paint handles white and deadlock
- 16v...
Yep approx £40 for a full tank
The bias on the gauge is top heavy so if full you'll get approx 200 miles before the gauge reads 'half' full then prob about 100 miles from the bottom 'half' of the tank
£6k is good money for a low mileage car plus you got the extended warranty which is peace of mind... for whats its worth lol
Whats the yellow thing next to the alarm light by the gear stick?
