It's harder than it looks - believe me.
I bought the complete kit from Renault in the end and it cost me about £150
Comes with the loom, brackets, stalk, relay etc etc.
Turn ign on/off three times, get out the car and arm it. The alarm will beep three times to confirm the interior sensors have been disabled.
You will need to do this every time you arm the car though, as it self-reverts once you disarm it.
Eezibleed really is an easy sytem - the hardest part is getting the caps to seal.
Also you'll need a spare wheel @ 20psi or there abouts to force the new fluid into the system.
When undoing the lines, fluid will leak out but not pour out. It's irrelevant really anyway as you're putting new...
Ring is easy enough yeah, I bought one for £11 and fitted it in two hours :)
Hardest job is getting the hub off the drive shaft, but once that's cracked it's simple really.
I don't think the sensors are 'adjustable' so to speak, they either work or they don't.
Yeah it's a ballast, the rectangle metal unit bolted to the base of the light.

The black box attached to the 'bulb' is the starter/ignitor. The term used varies, but it's function is the same :)
Yes you can buy the ballast seperately. They are expensive from a dealer but often come up second hand on here/eBay so it's just a case of keeping a look out really.
There is also the aftermarket option, but personally I'd try and avoid that route for now...
Oh and welcome to ClioSport :)
The belts aren't part of the service as far as know. I know when I enquired with Renault I had to seperate the two - Aux belt replacing and a 36K service.
I've said it before (not to you), but I'll say it again...I had similar issues when my MAP sensor was faulty.
It would run spot on when cold but once warmed up missfire and shudder until it stalled.
